This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Booked for a small job, needed a new hand rail fitted on stairs, replaced two colour end panels in the kitchen and had two wall cabinets fitted. Came out when said to quote and we booked for works to be completed . Pleased with work and would recommend booking.

I can't recommend Istvan and his team enough. They have recently decorated our lounge and done an excellent job with a high quality finish. Their communication was excellent from the outset and they were reliable, always doing what they said they would do. As I said I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Istvan and his team and will definitely consider them for future work.
I would highly recommend Phillips roofing company. Reece runs his own company, he gave me a competitive quote and was happy to answer all my questions. I was looking for someone I could trust, who would be on time and most importantly do a professional job, this is exactly what you get from Reece. Thor is an excellent carpenter and has made a wonderful job of replacing our cladding and working with an independent window supplier to replace a couple of windows. All the neighbours have been very complimentary about the finished result and we are very happy too. His working days are a bit variable, but at least he lets you know if his plans have changed. We have employed again him to replace our garage door with cladding, window and pedestrian access door as we convert the garage into to a workshop.
