We contacted Mr Bone in April and paid him a 50% deposit (£1000) after he quoted a 5 week lead time. He kept postponing the date until in September we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. Despite receiving £200 he again failed to live up to promises to repay the remainder. We have issued a small claims court order and also a county court judgment against Mr Bone. A very disappointing experience

John and the team did an outstanding job. It was easy to work with John and he was very knowledgeable, and provided very sensible advice. Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. Alfie and the lads did a great job on our roof. They turned up on time, even though it was pouring with rain, and got stuck in straight away. Finished the whole thing in just three days, and we now have a nice new roof. Price was really fair, and the scaffolding guys were spot on too. Would definitely recommend them!
