Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.

The Top Roofers team did an excellent job in replacing our flat roof. They were very prompt in coming to give us a quote and then scheduled us in for the work within 2 weeks. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work and they cleared away all the rubbish.

Overall, very happy with the work Oleg and Slav did, they were very professional and took pride in their work. Only thing to improve on would be communication and punctuality. Would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Ben contacted me promptly and gave me a quote over the phone - he came the following day to do the job and sent photos and a video of the work - everything was left clean and tidy. The price remained the same even though he had to replace some of the tiles. Happy to get the work done and would use Ben again.

I would recommend using this company for gutter repair and cleaning works. Punctual, good workmanship and a competitive price. The guy who carried out my works was Luis and I will be booking him for next year.

I gone through many builders for my bathroom job and need ideas to sought out leaking and do designing for bathroom no body can help me and said they will come back to me ,Then one of my friend told me about rated people where I post the job get response straight way from mr. Deep who made appointment with me . He is very professional , come on time and give me good ideas as I am 54 he help me out with many things and sought out the bathroom for me . Definitely used him again and recommend to every one .

The windows company was very quick, the staff contacted me, came to look at it, and then took it to its office, they fixed it and came to install it, and was brilliant, took him 3hrs, compared to the company that kept me “dancing” for 3weeks…..

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Excellent job, the quality of windows is superb, the guys worked clean and tidy after the completion of the work. The price is reasonable, however, we had to change from white to brown colour and this made it a bit more costly, but really nice windows and a sliding balcony door, great gold chrome handles and locks. Lots of neighbours were asking for the tradesman. 1 year after installation a small sill needed a fix, they came straight away. Would highly recommend them.

Martin is a first rate carpenter and has done two jobs for us. One was board the loft and put shelves up there... perfect. The other was to build a fairly large summer house from scratch. Beautiful house.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Dimitrov is reliable, promt, hard working and honest and he gives receipts for all materials and is rate are very good. We will now be doing all our work on our house. Thanks you Dimitrov. An excellent job at a competitive price. Aaron provided a quote which outlined details of the job to be done. They arrived as promised at 7.45 and had the job done in just over 6 hours. The work was neat and tidy and they cleaned up thoroughly after - no mess left for us. Aaron discussed in detail the problems discovered and has suggested further minor work to improve ventilation in the roof - which we will have done. Overall we are very happy with the work and would use Solid Roofing Services again.
