Nigel provided an excellent service. From the initial visit to quote for the total refurbishment of our ensuite, through to completion, he kept us informed of the work being undertaken and we therefore felt involved in the process. He was extremely punctual and tidy and the finished bathroom is of a quality even better than we would have hoped for. We will certainly be looking to use Nigel's services again.

Simon came out to look at the job and then emailed a quote. This was too expensive in comparison to other quotes but Simon was friendly and polite.
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. Clear communication - Thomas provided frequent updates during the job including when costs increased slightly and over any small delays and changes to the work. . Excellent work completed - ramp from rear door was well constructed and perfect for what we needed. Clean and tidy - the team left everything tidy every day and jet-washed at the end of the job. Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
