I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

We didn't know any tradesmen locally as we had just moved to the area, found Kevin on rated people and took the 'gamble' of booking him - so glad we did. Him and his team were reliable, honest, efficient, clean and tidy. He works to very high standards, talked us through every step of the way, did extra jobs for us which weren't originally quoted for at no extra cost. The initial estimate for replacing two roofing tiles was £150. However, upon inspection, additional necessary work was identified. Instead of providing a revised quote, the contractor proceeded with the extra tasks and invoiced me for £1950. To exacerbate the situation, the quality of the work left much to be desired. The newly installed tiles were of a completely different color, and the sealing standard near the ridge was notably unprofessional.

Came out to measure up and give quote. Quote did not come, reminded them about quote and they said it had been sent. gave them alternative email but still no quote. Why not say they didn't want the job instead of me hanging on. One star is the lowest I can give or it would have been ZERO
