James was a very skilled and hard worker. The yard/garden work included removing and disposing of old concrete, laying a new run-off pipe, making a raised flowerbed, reducing the garden and paving the area with flags, resurfacing a 4 m ramp, putting down gravel and brick edging, and making/fitting a side gate. All the work was completed in one tranche to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in hiring James (JLE Paving) in the future.

GP flooring did an excellent job of a 1950's parquet floor. The job was very neat and tidily done and there was much less dust than I expected. Loose bits of flooring and damaged cork edging strips were all repaired. We are really pleased with the finished result, its absolutely transformed the floor.

My time working for drain doctor gave me the best experience as it was not only drainage but all sorts of problems to do with plumbing and drainage inside and outside commercial and domestic properties, constantly testing my knowledge of the trade, “every day was a school day” as I was working on all sorts of buildings both old and new, which rarely had the same installations. Eddie laid two floors for me. A wooden floor to my home office - relatively straightforward and an LVT tile flooring to bathroom - much more complicated, the floor had to be leveled before the tiles could be laid down. Eddie showed up to quote on-time - had the price to me within a couple of hours. Eddie carried out the work very professionally and to a very high standard.
