I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.

We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

Brian was excellent from start to finish. Very personable and a very neat worker, laying a protective covering over my hall carpet and stairs, which meant no mess on my carpets and floors. Great job done by Paul. Excellent quality of work. We had skirtings & facings replaced throughout the house, which Paul did...even although the walls of the house caused him some problems! He also glazed and hung three internal doors, again with the walls and door frames being less than forgiving. Paul arrived on time, completed the job...including additional ones...and cleaned up after himself. Would use him again, and would recommend him to anyone.

Used service for 2 years. Considered previous price increase of 25% substantial. We had to contact to ask re when starting for season to be told via email that was not providing our service in 2014. Poor communication and feel now treated with total disregard.
