Steve and his labourer were absolutely brilliant. He contacted me half an hour after i put the job online, came round the next night and quoted me the very next day. He's very patient, i mithered him to death with questions via emails and texts and he got back to me with a straight answer within minutes every time. He always turned up on time if not earlier and got the job done with no fuss in absolutely rubbish weather. Would use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone anytime.
The workmanship was of a very high quality, but the thing that really stuck out was how reliable and trustworthy Jay was. Jasy is a very pleasant gentleman and I will certainly be using him for any future joinery jobs. We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.
