George came round to our house on time and wrote a very comprehesive report as requested. He examined our faulty windows with care and with attention to detail and he also pointed out many other faults that we had not noticed. His report will form the basis of our claim against the window company that made a mess of fitting the new windows and I would highly recommend his services.

Although the original start date was changed to the following day I was kept informed and had been flexible about the start date anyway. Vlad worked very hard, helped me to make decisions by listening and advising, then produced neat work and left everything very tidy. I'd definitely recommend him and his work.

We can not recommend this company highly enough as the work has been completed now and was done quickly and very efficiently with the minimum of fuss. At the start the job was explained efficiently with no boring jargon. The staff completed the job that required heavy lifting and careful thought and now we have the window we wanted, which is huge, and the room was left totally neat and tidy. I would rate 6 stars if possible! I required some grout replacement and fixing of a few loose tiles, Graham was very knowledgeable, very reasonably priced and communication was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend enough and will definitely reach out to Graham should I ever need more work!
