Built by Abbott Developments - a large two story pink Staffordshire stone extension to old farmhouse - downstair disabled wet-room facilities, sitting area for elderly parents, - upstairs bedroom / shower room. Hardwood windows. Outside paving. This is a first class outfit. Abbott have a skilled workforce. The whole team are considerate and caring. Abbott are trustworthy and take a pride in the job. Top quality job laying the floor. Problem with unevenness of first woodstain application meant it had to be sanded off and redone. However, they just got on with it and we are very happy with the result.

Colin carried out repairs on our office carpet and also installed a new carpet in a meeting room. He offers great value for money, was always available by telephone or email, quick to provide a quote and visited us onsite to talk through the details. Excellent service. Got a quote on the Thursday, and the fitter arrived to install my boiler at 8.20 on the Monday. Work done to very good standard, and cleaned up afterward. Would recommend BeSure for any Heating/Boiler work

Kelvin was polite respectful and considerate towards my elderly mother who the job was being done for. He left her home clean and tidy every evening. The standard of his work is second to none , giving consideration of her needs at all stages of the refurbishment. I would highly recommend him.
