I had a few quotes done for the job of converting my workshop into a well-insulated and usable room and although Aeron's actually wasn't the cheapest he was very honest and told me that some of the work I'd requested wasn't actually necessary so he actually saved me money. I have to say with all sincerity that Aeron (and Dave) are by far the best tradesmen I have ever hired. Absolutely outstanding craftsmanship, excellent work ethic, friendly, pleasant and efficient. 100% confidence in recommending.

What a hero! John arrived within an hour of our initial phone call despite it being late in the afternoon. He went above and beyond the line of duty systematically fixing not only the original posted job but others that reared their ugly heads in our old stone cottage. He would not leave for the evening (returning to repair the other problems a day later) until he was able to leave us with an electricity supply as it is needed to bring water to the house. I cannot fault any aspect of his work-top bloke too!

Pete is an outstanding professional. Our job started much later than planned with many delays, Pete was patient and courteous throughout. The supplied product is phenomenal and has really finished our project off. Pete turned up on time despite a very long drive and worked very hard to get the floor down ahead of schedule. Henry has done an excellent job in re-rendering my property and associated tasks. He showed expertise when advising me on the work to be under taken. He kept me abreast of progress and was reliable and professional throughout the process. The work has been completed to a high standard and I am very happy to have chosen Henry James as my builder. James cut and fitted 3 shelves into a very awkward alcove. He managed to match the shelves we already had in another alcove. very pleased with work done. would recommend him and use him again

Michael came to our house at 5.30pm to fit our under floor heating in 3 rooms at very short notice. He arrived promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. He refitted our insulation as it had been put down wrong by our builder with no problem at all. He stayed until the job was complete which was 1.30am! we was so grateful, Really nice guy, very clean.

Keith did a first rate job replacing our old electric shower. He was great with his communications with us and did exactly as we wanted ..all within 2 days.Did a good job of cleaning up afterwards too.

John Geddes has visited me on several occasions and spent many hours getting my garden back under control. John has done all that I required and more and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of good gardening. It was a pleasure to have him on site. Our repointing was a horrible job to do but he did it without complaint and we are delighted with the results. He was always cheerful and friendly even when working in the rain. He was as tidy as he could be with the type of work and cleaned up the site well before he left. Couldn't have asked for more. His pricing was also very reasonable and we would happily use him again and recommend him to others.
