He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting. From calling to arriving was within a few days. The blown light transformers were fixed very quickly. It took a few weeks before paperwork for the electrical safety arrived. But everything we asked for was done.
