Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. Tidy every night. Accommodating. Excellent standard of work. Very happy customers. Intend to use this company again.

Executed all the work needed in excellent time and to a very high standard and at a very competitive price. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

A credit to his trade. Fantastic workmanship, extremely knowledgeable, very reasonably priced. Showed up at exactly the time he said on both occasions, clean and tidy and an all round nice bloke. Could not recommend him any more highly. Wouldn't have anyone else do work in the future.
