Rhi and her team are very friendly and had good attention to detail throughout. There was good professional knowledge and this was evidenced through their hard work. They worked around us and we would have happily left them to get on with the work had one of us not be working from home.

First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

A gentle, courteous service. It can be difficult to do neat work in a period property but he never looked frustrated even if he felt it !

We were really happy with the work Shane carried out for us. He stuck to the quote and time the work would cost and take. He arrived on time (even earlier than the time he said he would be with us which was a bonus)! James was very reliable, staying in touch before the job was done which helped my confidence. He quoted on exactly what we asked for. He turned up as promised. When he was able to look into the work in detail and it turned out not all of the work was required, he kept me informed and lowered the quoted price accordingly. I would recommend James to anyone.
