First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Catalin was meticulous with his measuring. He worked tirelessly and came back at night the following day to finish the job because it rained on the Sunday afternoon so we were unable to finish. The slabs have been laid perfectly. He was smart and methodical in his approach to paving the tiles. The end result looks great and just as I'd hoped for. Reliable. Tidy. Accurate. And a fair price. A really lovely guy, he was so kind and tolerant when my two year old insisted on helping him. I was really pleased with the beautifully crafted cupboard and ergonomic design. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He was a really nice talented professional that was incredibly tidy too.

I have nothing but praise and where I would like to list the attributes of this contractor, it would take too long but, what I will say is that brilliant in all three categories is a massive understatement. For anybody wanting a plasterer, I cannot recommend this contractor highly enough in all categories; hire with confidence!

Job was to re-point my property, the bin area and the concrete slabs in the garden = Job was done to a high quality and I am extremely pleased with the results. John is a very hard working, polite and trusting worker and nothing was too much trouble for him. And I would definitely recommend him to others.

Excellent service. Got a quote on the Thursday, and the fitter arrived to install my boiler at 8.20 on the Monday. Work done to very good standard, and cleaned up afterward. Would recommend BeSure for any Heating/Boiler work

Only reason it isn't a 5star is because it took a while to get it booked in however Brad is incredibly professional courteous and did a grate job went above and beyond to try and help us will use again in the future without a doubt.

peter was not able to finish the repair as parts were unobtainable but he was very helpful in searching for it, He was punctual and tidy. I will be offereing him otherb work when I have the parts needed. He is very polite well mannered. i am only sorry I do not need assistance more often

Leon was very professional and his attitude was great from the start of the job to the finish. He was always contactable if we needed, and we will defiantly use him again should we need a plasterer.

Ross has done a fantastic job of rewiring our home, and adding additional sockets, extractors, and smoke alarms. He's a very friendly, reliable, hardworking and polite tradesman and I have already recommended him to others. Rewiring is normally one of the most hated refurb jobs for homeowners, but Ross was so organised, clean and tidy it really was a stress-free experience. The finished result is great. A definite 10/10, and we're very glad to have found him!
