Sebastian did a excellent job could not pick one fault with it, was always on time and kept us upto date with cost of everything, finished the bathroom to a professional quality, would have thought he was doing his own bathroom everything had to be done to perfection. After spending weeks trying to find a Carpet Fitter in the Whitley Bay area, and being let down several times, Black Sheep Flooring could not have been more helpful. We were very pleased with the fantastic job Norton did with x8 internal doors and architrave and skirting boards. I had my fencing removed and replaced by this company. This involved removing a skip load of fencing and foliage and a difficult neighbour. There was no side entrance so the whole lot had to be taken through the house. Mr Pop and his team were professional, their customer care first glass, and the quality of their work I recommend this company 100%. Good, honest work people do exist. His attention to detail was faultless. They have this customer for life.

Initially, Andy gave us excellent advice on how we could achieve the best result on insulating the wall. The work was then carried out efficiently and professionally giving us an excellent result. He was always prompt, polite and tidy.
