They were very professional, but offered genuine customer service - upfront and honest, and offered their expert advice on how to make savings but still get the job done. Roy Shepard plastered my kitchen ceiling. He arrived promptly and began straight away. He made sure all surfaces were covered and he was really freindly and polite. He did a fantastic job and cleared up after himself. I would recommend him and use him again.

As I'm now based in NZ, Carl tended to my front and back garden in Hertfordshire to keep it looking good while the property is on the market. Frank, was polite, up front about costs and started straight away after I accepted his services. Sorted out my lighting dilemma quickly and my constantly on extractor fan. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Extraordinary plasterer, on time prepares area to be worked on well works tirelessly and not only completes job on time but also to a very high standard .. finished effectively 4 bedrooms, large hallway in just over 2 days .. also helped repair some damaged walls in living room at no extra charge.. will definitely use again ..
