Prompt, efficient and professional service throughout Bathroom renovation. I was kept up to date at all times as this was a rental property. The work carried out by John Ward was excellent. His advice was invaluable. When the original floor was removed we had a damp problem. John resolved this problem with good advice and the new solid wood floor was fitted with excellent precision. My wife is very pleased with the completed floor. Chris gave me an affordable quote and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. I hired him straight after his quote. On the day of work, he and his team were very punctual, professional and friendly. They cut my conifers to my exact requirements and cleared up after themselves. I have no hesitation is recommending them, in fact my aunt and her neighbour have now asked for quotes and I myself have asked for further quotes for additional work I'd like carried out. Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.
