The quality and standard of work is the best in the business and always aims to help you understand the nature and requirement of the job; how he will achieve it and does it at cost effective price. A gentle, courteous service. It can be difficult to do neat work in a period property but he never looked frustrated even if he felt it !

First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

These remarks from Sergiu are exactly what I suggested in my very positive first review of his work. Unfortunately he lacks professional communication skills. He loses proffesional boundaries and makes it very personal, it's a cultural and language issue made worse by his righteousness. This has been very upsetting. His attitude comes across as aggressive and his behaviour is defensive...I wish Sergiu well, because his work is excellent, just get off on the right foot and all will be well????
