We contacted several tilers to provide quotes for what was quite a substantial job. Paul from the very first conversation showed himself to be very knoweldgeable about the process for our need including floor preparation, materials to use and correct deployment of expansion joints. He began the job without delay, continued through to the end and provided a first class professional service going the extra mile to ensure finer detailing was spot-on and passed on trade savings to us. Paul is HIGHLY recommended

An excellent tradesman. Punctual, diligent, tidy and very personable yet unobtrusive when necessary. Lee came swiftly and replaced the heating element, even though it was corroded and difficult to extract lest the tank should crack. Lee's card is on hand for any other electrical repairs or changes.
