Very good quote, young team (real grafters). No delay in getting the work done and all the rubbish taken away , everything left really tidy. Good job ,would recomend them to others and would go back to them for other work.

Ubhi Developments UK Limited provided an exceptional service, worked significantly long hours to meet our deadline and delivered a service and bathrooms beyond our expectation. Most importantly, the quality of the finish was superb. Diligent tradesmen, polite, arrived on time and tidied up every evening - didn't even notice them. Frank, was polite, up front about costs and started straight away after I accepted his services. Sorted out my lighting dilemma quickly and my constantly on extractor fan. Both Martin and Lee come to my home looked at the job and gave me a very reasonable price, as a female on my own I was very concerned about having strange males in my home but I can assure you they not only put me at ease they were lovely. I had cause to call them VERY late that night they put me at ease and attended again the next day to a problem I had caused I would recommend any lone female use them.

David has been extremely professional throughout the whole job, and very transparent with all costs involved. We were not restricted on time or how quickly we needed the job doing, yet Sureguard provided an efficient & quick service to complete the job, and we were extremely pleased with the end result. We have since asked David to complete additional jobs for us and will continue to recommend his services to others as well.

James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine. I can thoroughly recommend James and would be happy to employ him in the future. Thanks James

Charlie got the boiler working very quickly, but spent quite a bit of time servicing, as it seems the boiler hadn't been serviced for a long time. He even contacted the boiler manufacturer for advice on a couple of points. Superb service, very well impressed. Thanks Charlie
