David James has done an excellent job on our flat. He is particular and has a great eye for detail. He takes the time to discuss the job and gives the pro and cons of different types of paint. He is really tidy and most helpful. He has helped us to coordinate with other workers and has worked to a very high standard all the way through. He is really dependable and we would highly recommend him!

Great work ethic. Very hard working. Nice people. Can turn their hand to most things and get you out of trouble. Laid oak flooring, fixed previous plastering errors and then did a lovely job of decoration. Are experts with stone and tiles too.

I’ve been a qualified decorator for over 30 years, moved to Polegate 18 months ago and still work in London, now I’ve had enough of the travelling and want to work more locally, painting, decorating and wallpapering are my specialty also property maintenance, I also do steam Jetwash using a Doff system jet wash, I’m fully insured and a member of safe contractor scheme, references given if required. Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.
