I’ve been a qualified decorator for over 30 years, moved to Polegate 18 months ago and still work in London, now I’ve had enough of the travelling and want to work more locally, painting, decorating and wallpapering are my specialty also property maintenance, I also do steam Jetwash using a Doff system jet wash, I’m fully insured and a member of safe contractor scheme, references given if required. Nick impressed from the start by providing a detailed estimate which he kept to throughout. The initial job was to decorate the renovated interior from scratch ie bare wood and plaster and was very demanding with strong colours cut in against white walls and ceilings The gloss finish on the woodwork was exceptional. Always punctual,clean and tidy and courteous. We were happy to extend our requirement to the exterior of the property which was completed to the same high standard. Thanks Nick for a great job

Sam and team team did a stunning job of creating a tiny grotty bathroom into a 5 Star amazing room from design through to completion. I had a lot of work done today - curtain rails put up, a rather drastic painting and filling in job to be done in the main room where an old fashioned radiator had been taken out, etc. The painting job was of real concern to me as this is a newly refurbished flat with no clue left as to what shade was used on the walls, but the match is faultless. I unhesitatingly recommend PS Building and Decorating, you honestly would have to search very hard to find a comparable standard of work. I
