David removed a chimney stack and supported with gallow brackets in the loft. He was always on time, tidied up after himself and communicated during the process. The job was signed off by the council who David liaised with to ensure the work was carried out as required. Won't hesitate to use David again for future work.

We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. The new wall frames were built according to our specific request and in the end we were satisfied by the final job as well.

Outstanding service and quality work, Steve was extremely reliable and tidy, ensuring he left the house in a perfect state at the end of each day and turning up promptly each morning. Straight away I felt comfortable that he was very professional and thorough with his attitude and work. From just a freshen up project, this became much bigger project as damp had ripped through the whole property. He replaced joists and most floorboards, resolved leaks, removed damp, installed new kitchen along with the 'freshen up' and much more. His knowledge and contacts were invaluable and he managed this all. Always kept me aware of costs and timing. I would recommend him to anyone. Roy McAloon
