Nik team did a fantastic job with replastering water damaged walls and re-grouted my shower room. They even attached a new ceiling light fitting for me, complimentary as a new customer. Zeashan and his colleague was hard working and reliable . Turned up on time almost every day but kept in touch when they were running late. Did a fantastic job with the painting took their time and didn't rush it, they stayed till very late some days to try and finish quicker for me. Only let down was they didn't cover the floors so I'm now having to to do it myself. I've already told them to invest in some sheets!! Very happy with the finish though. Would recommend . Thanks guys

However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.

Ionut was prompt and fast . However would not snag minor items saying holes were not filled as needed silicone so he did not do them . asked him for a list for of materials and bought what he asked for …He never asked for silicone . now have to try and do it myself which defeats the object of employing a professional . He also was reluctant to work around furniture and quite unresponsive when asked to remedy things . Overall though a good job if he could address these minor issues he could be 5 *
