Paints & Ladders with DDE Construction was hired to do a garage conversion. I chose them as they were the only company that offered an end to end service (i.e. design, council application, build,and paint) as I am extremely busy. They excelled in client relationship, as they took me through all the stages of the development their design really focused on what was important to my family. I would really recommend them as they take pride in their work and always conduct themselves in a professional manner.

I would highly recommend JLA Painting & Decorator they went the extra mile. They were very thorough their preparation was excellent and when they had finished WOW I thought I was in a different house. They were very polite throughout and very tidy and the whole experience was stress free I didn’t know they were there half the time and also were very reliable it’s hard to find tradesmen like this. David and Tom Harker completely redecorated the hall in our 4 storey Victorian House. This included stripping/repapering under the dado rail throughout the hall. I was impressed how much care and effort they put into the preparation phase of the work. The painting/papering was then completed with minimal fuss and to a high standard. They were also very considerate, always leaving the work areas clean and tidy and not invading out personal space. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Dave quickly assessed the cost and gave a quote which he kept to. He turned up at the time he said he would, he got on with the job and cleaned up once he had finished. We've asked him to quote for more work and he has come back with reasonable prices.
