John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.

Brilliant job! Ian decorated nearly our whole house whilst other works were going on. He was flexible, reliable and did a brilliant job. Ian went over and beyond his scope of works including repairing and touching up any damage done by other tradesmen. The finish of the job was exceptional. He was neat and tidy and very professional. We will be getting the external of our house decorated by him and any work in future. I would highly recommend him to any friends and family.

Firstly, very impressed with 'RatedPeople',... within 20 minutes of posting my requirement, I had been contacted by Paul who's profile and indeed, own website testimonials reassured. Paul visited the next day to quote and commenced the job shortly afterwards. Paul's time keeping was impeccable, as was his work ethic, completing the decoration of our kitchen on time and within budget. Paul did a great job and we would definitely recommend him, not to mention, use his again.

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.

I would recommend Simon Hall without any hesitation. He and his assistant, also named Simon were very professional, friendly, obliging and competent. Nothing was too much for them. They were punctual and completed the job on time. They cleaned after the work every day before they left and on completion. We are very satisfied with the end product at a very reasonable price. James did an incredible job in a very short time frame. As we were moving into our new place in early January we needed everything done before the Christmas break and that left us with just a few days. The flat is c 1,200 Sq ft, 3 bedrooms and he and his mate did a spotless job in just 3.5 days for a reasonable price (we are tenants). James also proved very helpful with the choice of colours and flexible when it came to logistics. Highly recommended.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

I honestly can’t recommend these guys enough! Having been let down a few times it so refreshing to have a company that want to work. All my message’s were returned promptly and turned up when arranged . There work was spot on and they were lovely to have around , really helpful and respectful in the house . Bobby came out to assess the work very promptly, gave a very reasonable quote for the job, and then completed the work on the agreed date. He worked all morning without a break to complete an excellent job, even doing extra beyond what was agreed. A polite, reliable and excellent worker, I have no hesitation in recommending him.
