Matt has transformed my house top to bottom. There was no job he couldn’t do, from perfect prep work, fixing skirting boards, painting stair bannisters/ fireplaces/ doors to add character and staining my wooden floors I couldn’t be happier. The job he undertook was a complete refresh of a three bedroom rental property which had been vacated after a period of ten years. Adrian spent a couple of weeks freshening up all parts of the house with a coat or three of magnolia. As a landlord who lives nowhere near the property, Adrian was given a set of keys and was extremely trustworthy and provided excellent communication via Whatsapp throughout the job ?? Good guy!
