I believe in 90% preparation, and 10% paint, anyone can paint, but not everyone can decorate. To truly understand how passionate and enthusiastic, I have been in painting and decorating industry for 15 years. Throughout London, and then moved to Sussex covering all aspects of painting and decorating spraying and property maintenance. I take pride in my work with attention to detail, and work to the highest standards with customers. I believe in good preparation to achieve high quality workman ship, and only use best quality products. There is no job to big or small, and can work to tight deadlines if needed. I always respect, and never forget your house is your home, when working for clients. I always respect the customers space, and to take care to work around their schedule. Nothing gives me great pleasure on a job completed, than to stand back and see a old room reviewed and a happy client. For all interior and come exterior. I work throughout the whole of Sussex, and am fully insured, all my quotations are honest, and very competitive. I keep neat and clean and use a sanding Mirka dustfree vacum machine that collects 95% of dust to leave neat clean work space, and tidy up each evening. Thank you for reading my page Izzy

Both Matt and Mark were polite, personable, hard working, highly proficient and prepared to go that extra mile to guarantee a 'perfect' job. Very satisfactory job accomplished within the estimated timeframe in what were, at times, challenging weather conditions. Laszlo did a great job helping us renovate a three bedroom house to a standard spec. They arrived on time every day and went out of their way to help us. As with any roof repair, it is a scary process as you need to have confidence in the person you hire. I was happy with the quote, and whilst he was on the roof, he took pictures to show me what was wrong. There was no upselling either, just specifics to what needed to be done. Arrived in good time, kept me informed and tidied up afterwards. I asked for extra work to be completed on the gable end, and that was completed in good time. Very happy. I will paint the ceiling and see if any stains reappear.

M&M Construction did a fantastic job and gave us exactly what we had wanted. From the start, they were easy to work with and understood our needs completely. Even with a few changes along the way, the job remained on schedule and on budget. Their advice was really helpful and the standard of finish was very high indeed. We had access to running water and a working oven throughout the entire process which was very much appreciated and the site was tidied at the end every day. Would highly recommend them.
