Extremely happy with the result. I had the entire house flooring replaced (removed carpet and applied laminated). Stefan was very thorough and finished in time as promised, including old carpet disposal and cleaning at the end of the service.

I always worry when hiring someone to do work in my home. I need not have worried here. A very professional 'hotel' finish. Excellent quality work. He arrived when he said he would. Dave came on time to look at my job and said he would get back to me at the weekend with the quote as he did and having decided to use his services he came the day he said he would and on time witch you dont always get with some tradesman today. He was very professional and took pride in his work all In all he did a fantastic job and would not hesitate in recommending him .

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.
