I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

I can’t rate Andy highly enough. Arthur is very skilled at floor laying. He completed the job for me in two days' time. The new floor integrated with the existing floor in the hallway seamlessly. The skirting board were undisturbed during the job, thus minimising damage to the wall and other existing structure. Arthur always picks up my text messages swiftly. He gives me good advice on cost management and the project execution. He flexible with scheduling. His pricing is fair.

We got 6 walls newly plastered. 2 of the walls had unevenness. Very poor workmanship with evidence to back up claims. Adam has paid some money back to us to fix the issue but it should of been done properly in the first place.
