My partner is a tradesman and we are always really careful about who we use. We hired Billy to renovate our main bathroom (tiling and plastering) and he did an exceptional job. Lee Charles recently finished my new driveway, steps and walls which included brickwork, omega blocks and sandstone tiles. Lee's work was professional and thorough throughout and he took time over even the smallest details on the project. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Tom was able to come to us two days after we made contact and did an excellent job at cutting and bevelling our stone work top. His price was very reasonable. He did an excellent job and the stone worktops look like new. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and be very happy to hire him again.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Brad built 3 brick pillars for us among other things but he was prompt on original attendance, prompt on quote, and what a top finish. Sergiu and his uncle were great. They made a beautiful job of our bathroom, incorporating all the ideas I had and making practical suggestions. They were very considerate, especially as we have a young baby in the house. We highly recommend them and will be glad to have them do more work for us in the future.
