The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

Amazing finish, just the kind of person who relates to the request required, can’t thank him enough for this work. Prompt on time and day set, worked around the family members in the house at his pace, highly recommended to others that need work done. 100% will be calling him back on others parts of my house that need to be done in 2025.

After he visited the property to give us a quote, we contacted him again for an urgent job. He agreed to fix it, but while waiting for him to arrive and do the job, we could not reach him again. We have tried to call and send messages, but there has been no response. He also blocked me on WhatsApp for no reason.

I would without reservation recommend the services of Hanson and Company. From start to finish, Matthew and his team have been knowledgeable, punctual and reliable. I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

An excellent response and turn around time, I had an issue with a cemented and corroded old pipe, Louis replaced and sealed it all back after going to collect the correct part form a local trader. He also advised me on future renovations and showed me images of work before and after. I will be booking him again...Thanks!

Marcos did an excellent job putting out kitchen floor in. The finish was perfect and they even tidied up properly after! Would definitely us them again for other jobs
