The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

Amazing finish, just the kind of person who relates to the request required, can’t thank him enough for this work. Prompt on time and day set, worked around the family members in the house at his pace, highly recommended to others that need work done. 100% will be calling him back on others parts of my house that need to be done in 2025.

Peter was great - he did exactly what he said he would exactly when he said he would. He worked to high standards and even came back to finish when his schedule was delayed by me. He is tidy and left things as you would want them left. Highly recommended. Jacqui stroud.

This was a small job that many tradesmen don't want to take on. Marco agreed to do the work, turned up when he said he would and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. We will definitely use him again.

We used J.A.M Home improvement for our new home redesign and renovation project. we had big plans and the building team headed by Ivan was very helpful at giving us ideas and solutions to our vision. We re-floored the entire house, installed new appliances, a new kitchen, re-painted, re-paved the driveway, re-modeled the bathrooms and re-modeled the garden. Had my bathroom tiled from floor to ceiling with very large tiles and bordering, Chris did a fantastic job from beginning to end, with no mess left and polishing of the tiles afterward. Quote given was spot on and would definately use him again and recommend him to friends and family.
