Lee came and gave us a price for a new standard staircase. He also offered a variety of options for other types. He was approachable, friendly and explained everything to us. Since having them fitted he has fitted our kitchen, hung oak doors and frames throughout, fitted skirting throughout, new pvc windows and a set of patio doors. His prices are reasonable and affordable. He also likes a biscuit or two and is partial to a cuppa

I would like to praise John on the electrical work carried out at my house. John is very professional & finished the job to a high standard. John is very keen to do a good job & works very hard to make sure he delivers a quality finish. He is friendly, helpful and positive. He always gave me good advice and was very keen to make sure that all my requirements were met to a high standard. I will definitely use John in the future and will recommend him to family and friends.

I've recently used C.B. Building & Roofing Services for a recurring leak on my old roof and have been really impressed with the work Chris has done. He was able to provide me with a genuine quote quickly and was able to arrange a time to do the work that suited us both - even considering the weather! Paul was very prompt with providing a fixed priced quotation which was within budget. He was available to start immediately and arrived the next day at time agreed. He put in a full days work everyday, and would work on to finish what he had programmed if necessary. He was very tidy and had all the tools and dust sheets required. He also cleared up fully at the end of each working day Would recommend this person to everyone

We used M&L to replace our consumer unit, replace central heating controls and to re-skim a floor. The service was excellent. Matt contacted us to confirm the appointment, gave an accurate quote and charged a very reasonable rate for additional bits I asked him to do. He was polite, punctual, hard working and extremely professional. He made a hard job look easy. I have no hesitation in recommending M&L and in fact, I have done so already.
