Ervis provided a quick, competitive quote for the job and fitted us in very quickly. His tiling and attention to detail was truly excellent. Our bathroom tiling upstairs was in a loft conversion with slanting ceilings and each tile was cut exactly. The finished tiles look brilliant. Would highly recommend!

Tom came over the following day after adding my job to Rated people, he was very professional & straight away I knew he would help super quick & he explained what I needed. Piotr was brilliant, worked with our limited timing to meet up and go through what we wanted, advised on design, grout colours and best finish for a step. Carried out the work on time, in budget and kept us updated on progress and asked for input in real time where needed - always with his own excellent recommendation. Came back to finish off areas which had to pause because of dependencies on other trades. No hesitation in recommending him - have used him again and will continue to do so.

Elliott responded quickly to my request, indicating that he could view the job promptly. However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. Since the website requires a star rating I have given him good ratings bsed on the email exchange with him alone, no work having ben done.
