It was a pleasure dealing with AS Property Maintenance. They came to quote when they said they would, their prices were very competitive, the jobs they carried out were to a very high standard of workmanship and were completed in the time quoted. As a single woman you tend to feel a bit like a gazelle being stalked by lions when dealing with tradesmen. However Damien was professional from the outset which gave me some peace of mind. I was given an itemised quote without asking, which I appreciated. I am very pleased with the work carried out and would happily recommend him to my best friend. In fact, I have asked for business cards to pass on to others looking for a reliable plumber.

Chris and his team were exceptional. The attention to detail, standard of tiling and finish achieved was absolutely first class. Communication with Chris throughout the entire job was brilliant a faultless service in my opinion. Both Chris and Mike were so helpful and friendly from start to finish and made the process so much easier and stress free. If your looking for a high spec finish at a reasonable price then give them a ring and you will not be disappointed.

Ian was an absolue life saver. He was very quick to respond to our request, gave alternative solutions and then a price within budget. He carried out the work very quickly as required and completed it to a very high standard. He is an excellent tradesman and very knowledgeable with respect to his particular specialism. I originally used Bouchers Building for the installation of a kitchen and utility room. They were able to come in well below my original estimate (and thousands below B&Q's!) without any sacrifice on quality. Since then I've used them for several other projects around the house, including flooring and skirting, at really competitive prices and look forward to using them in the future as well.

Steve did a great job for me, he was helpfull giving good advice, he charged a fair rate and the job is perfect and super tidy. I will defo use him again to do my plastering. Also he is a reallly nice chap.

Rich and Jason contacted me quickly to arrange a visit to quote for the work and came the following day. Their quote was reasonable and they started work the next week after a 25% deposit was paid. They painted the lounge and dining room and completed some repairs to the walls and ceilings. They did a great job, worked hard, and were polite and friendly to have around the house. It took two days to complete the work. I am sure I will be using their services again in the future

Prompt call up and visit to quote. Came to do job when said and stuck to quoted price. Made my elderly relative feel more confident about having work done on house. Would definitely use in future.
