Hi guys! At a2z property maintenance we cover a wide range of services from kitchen installation to a new roof! We pride ourselves in keeping our work finish to a high standard. We have a joiner and a roofer with two labourers. Although we concentrate on kitchens and roofs,we also cover all aspects of property maintenance! Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Great job done by the guys at CKJ Construction, from the initial consultation through to the work itself. The job was a combination of pulling up, cleaning, re-laying and pointing tiles around the perimeter of the house as well as removing some bushes, putting down turf and installing new sleepers. Luke and team came out to view the job. His communication was excellent working the appointment around my available and turned up bang on time. He reviewed the problem with the drain and managed find a blockage and cleared it straight away. There was no charge for the unblocking as it was a simple solution but Luke offered some advice to ensure the issue won’t happen again and some potential fixes going forward. Rang within 5 minutes of putting the job online. Arranged a time with Vincent for later in the day. Came on time. Went up to have a look at the tile that had slipped. Said it was the only one and that there were no others that needed doing. He thought the roof looked good. Agreed a price and he fixed it within 10 mins. Really quick and a gud job done.
