Really great work in tidying up my garden. Grafted hard to clean out the weeds, trimmed down my tree and hedges, and took all the waste away. All this during a very wet day. Hi!! My name is Sam and I run Eden Garden Services. I have been running the company for about 3 years now and it has grown immensely in that period. I previously worked for a top 100 law firm and after 6 years we were then suddenly made redundant, I then decided that I would work for myself doing a job that I enjoy which led me to gardening and garden design. I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!
