Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.

Quoting was clear, timelines were met, they turned up when they said they would, the job was done by tradesmen who knew what they were doing re drainage etc, the job was done really well and quickly, the site was left tidy with all rubbish and waste taken away. Friendly and pleasant to have at our home too! It was one of easiest transactions I have ever had with a tradesperson. Would recommend.
Mid Kent Landscaping & Property Maintenance
Hired to replace pointing of existing patio. We were not expecting it to look like new patio. Initial attempt was very poor so refused to pay. Second attempt was superficially OK although have subsequently discovered that some of the pointing is soft and easily washes out leaving unsightly sand and cement on surface of patio that we are still trying to clean off. Gaps are now appearing that will need to be filled. Would not recommend.

Lovely lads, very cheerful and hardworking. My garden was a jungle - totally overgrown with weeds and lots of rubbish. They did mowing, massive weeding, cut down dead shrubs, jet-washed the patio and came back for a second day to finish up and took away tons of rubbish that the council wouldn't even take (old petrol lawnmower)! Highly recommended.
