Expected at 9am, I said I had to go out before 10. They hadn’t turned up by 10.30 so I left home late for my next appointment. I phoned them and said they had lost the job through being unreliable, they didn’t accept this and kept trying to excuse themselves, pointless because I was no longer in and couldn’t explain what I wanted done.

However, after completing about 80% of the work, Michael called to request an additional £95, citing a mistake in the initial quote. While I understand errors can occur, it's important to honour the original price, especially when clear photos were provided.
