James responded very quickly and arranged to come out to give a quote within a day, swift service for sure. James was very polite and has a professional manner about him. He discussed what the garden needed, explaining everything clearly. I haven't had the job done, for personal reasons (I am acting on behalf of my elderly Mother so I am abiding by her wishes).
