I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

I recently used Michael's service for rubbish removal, mainly tree debris. His team arrived and started the job without any concerns about the quoted price. However, after completing about 80% of the work, Michael called to request an additional £95, citing a mistake in the initial quote. While I understand errors can occur, it's important to honour the original price, especially when clear photos were provided. It was very stressful and I had to pay extra money that I hadn't budgeted for.
