The job was never completed. I paid for the materials but Tom Edmonds never showed up on the arranged date and before that he could not complete the job because he was off sick with food poisoning.. I have chased several times but he is not replying. To this day, the job has not been completed and I haven't heard from him. I have raised this to Rated people and the Vetting & Quality team is currently looking into it.

The condensation tank was not checked you said if there was water it would not operate . Not true. No checks for Co above boiler was a miserable service which provided no reassurance wasnt worth £108 be honest you know it wasn’t

I recently had Luke and his team widen an opening between two rooms in my property, which was a sizeable job requiring the installation of a steel beam. The work was managed efficiently, and great care was taken throughout the project. All aspects of plumbing work undertaken
Keith was unable to do repair the leak which i can understand, but he did not tighten the switch off so now the pipe next to the toilet is leaking , and really leaking not just a few drops but 2 litres per day.. I am very disappointed. What did he think on Friday? it is Tuesday now so hopefully another plumber will fix it. But honestly, I havent been able to leave the house for 4 days now. I wish i have never contacted this website
