First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Only reason it isn't a 5star is because it took a while to get it booked in however Brad is incredibly professional courteous and did a grate job went above and beyond to try and help us will use again in the future without a doubt.
peter was not able to finish the repair as parts were unobtainable but he was very helpful in searching for it, He was punctual and tidy. I will be offereing him otherb work when I have the parts needed. He is very polite well mannered. i am only sorry I do not need assistance more often

Had a power flush done , lee turned up on time did a great job even when stubborn radiators where still blocked after flushing took problem rads off and flushed them manually .would happily reccomend him.
