Only reason it isn't a 5star is because it took a while to get it booked in however Brad is incredibly professional courteous and did a grate job went above and beyond to try and help us will use again in the future without a doubt.

Arrived exactly as promised and was extremely friendly and did a very efficient job on boiler service including replacing a graphite seal which I was unaware of the necessity of this being replaced on a regular 5 year basis. Had numerous leaks in the first 6 months of installation and although Matthew did come back to ‘fix’ them, now another leak and have completely lost faith in this service provider Some of the ‘finishing’ touches have vastly degraded in less than a year and having to have somebody else come to remedy the issues Definitely would no longer recommend
