New Heating System. Quick response & very competitive quote same day following site visit. System was installed to a good standard & is working fine to date. Colin & his team arrived to do the work at the times agreed & worked to ensure minimum disruption. System installation had to be fitted in around other building work & Colin was very flexible in fitting us into his schedule. Overall, Very Happy. Chris. Ross-On-Wye.

Chris and his team were exceptional. The attention to detail, standard of tiling and finish achieved was absolutely first class. Communication with Chris throughout the entire job was brilliant a faultless service in my opinion. Both Chris and Mike were so helpful and friendly from start to finish and made the process so much easier and stress free. If your looking for a high spec finish at a reasonable price then give them a ring and you will not be disappointed.

Overall the quality of the workmanship is good, i was surprised to see that a lot of the brazing was unsightly, thankfully the boiler is within a cupboard and not on show.

Steve did a great job for me, he was helpfull giving good advice, he charged a fair rate and the job is perfect and super tidy. I will defo use him again to do my plastering. Also he is a reallly nice chap.

Henry has done an excellent job in re-rendering my property and associated tasks. He showed expertise when advising me on the work to be under taken. He kept me abreast of progress and was reliable and professional throughout the process. The work has been completed to a high standard and I am very happy to have chosen Henry James as my builder. Patrick was the only one bothered to reply to the post, can’t fault him. Booked to do the job the following day, turned up on time, got the job done in no time and nothing was too much trouble for him and the price quoted was very reasonable. Will definitely be using him again for future work.

John is really helpful and been prepared to work with us on our self build programme of works, there has been quite an amount of time between first and second fix, but John has accomodated us and his workmanship is good.

Keith did a first rate job replacing our old electric shower. He was great with his communications with us and did exactly as we wanted ..all within 2 days.Did a good job of cleaning up afterwards too.

We are really pleased with the work done by Dan. Really nice man, very accommodating, neat and tidy. Did a really good job. Phoned to let us know he was running 15 mins late, good customer service. Would have no hesitation in recommending him to others and will definitely give him a call if we need any more plumbing work done. :-)
