Sean came out and gave me a very reasonable quote for removal of an old cold water and a hot water tank and connecting my flat directly to mains water. He installed a new hot water tank and it has been great! First shower was so powerful compared to what it was before. He spent time explaining things and tidied everything up. The initial quote was surprisingly low. As our house is very old, and has a variety of pipework, there was an initial problem which had not been anticipated. The final bill was higher, but it was apparent why.
