These guys were professional from the day of providing the quote. They did everything they said they would and even matched the external brickwork when bricking up the old Flue hole. They were tidy, punctual and helpful. They weren't the cheapest quote we received but we felt they were honest and reliable and that was more important than saving a few quid. No hesitation in recommending them.

[COMPANY_NAME] arrived at the agreed time, quickly assessed the situation, stopped the leak and then ordered the required parts (which are non-standard and difficult to obtain). He came the next day with the parts and completed the repair. He was quick and efficient. The price charged was as agreed and very reasonable.

Ollie was contracted for some small tasks. I so impressed with his customer relation skills, I have contracted him for some bathroom / downstairs cloakroom major renovations - see his weksite / fb page "OJF Services". He is polite and always follows up telephone and email enquiries......also I have never known to be late for an appointment. His rates a very fair for a professional job. Joe was fantastic, responded on a Saturday to an urgent repair job (leaking tank in loft) and arrived Sunday morning to make the repair and also provide advice about the system
