He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. This company are just acting as middlemen and charge a fortune for it! £82.50 (per 30 mins), but minimum 1 hour, plus VAT on top! They didn’t advise VAT wasn’t included in the initial quote either. However, they arranged a tradesmen to attend within a few hours of the initial call and he was very good.
